Moro, num pais tropical lalalalalaaaa

After the craziness of o Carnaval, we,ve gone to spend some days in one of the most beautiful (though turistic) islands of Brasil: Morro do Sao Paulo, and as well visited Itaparica island. Sunrises, sunsets, palms, stars, hot sun, warm waters, fishi, beach parties, more caipirinhas, ray for lunch...

Amo, amo, amo o Brasil!! :-D

Carnaval...? Bacanal!!!

Yessss, we,ve survived to Carnaval, samba da Bahia, Daniela Mercury, trios eletricos, craziness, love, sweat, pipocas, colors, blocos, dancing under the rain, and over the rainbow so high! Amazing, histerical, no words... you have to live it! Carnaval vai chegar!

Salvador da Bahia!

Yuuuu, we´ve been just a few days here in Salvador, and I can already say ¨eu amo o Brasil¨! All is happiness, nice people, colors, sun, beach, music everywhere...

We,re staying with a guy called Alex at Sao Cristovao neighbourhood, and two other girls and the boyfriend of one of them, as well couch surfers... We were said this neighbourhood is one of the more dangerous in Salvador, specially at nights it can get a bit scary... But actually everybody is super nice with us, and we already have friends around the barrio! Guys from Sao Salvador gang will protect us, the Four Gringas. WE RULE!

Luckyly I can speak and understand a lot of Brazilian Portuguese, this makes things easier! But anyways people is super nice and honest, always trying to help with a smile!

We,ve gone to Itapua and Flamingos beaches, soooo nice. Coconut water and fruit juices for breakfast, eu gosto muito da abacaixi e banana com leite! And then visiting the Pelourinho, the historical city center with old colorful houses, fake capoeira guys, bahianas selling food, caipirinhas... tao bom!

And caipirinha parties at our ¨home¨ with Alex and our neighbours, I am the caipirinha master! :-D

And today O Carnaval starts... let,s see if we survive!
